Use of Facial Data

FaceIn captures temporary still images at check-in and check-out for real-time attendance validation. The temporary face image is used only at the moment of check-in/check-out to verify that the correct employee is performing the action. The image is linked to a timestamp and user ID, processed in real time, and then discarded automatically. No biometric or facial recognition data is collected, stored, or generated.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our Service and as required by law.

Face Data Storage & Retention

FaceIn does not store face images. Face data is not retained. Captured images are processed temporarily in-memory and automatically discarded immediately after attendance verification is completed. All images are processed securely in memory for immediate attendance validation and then discarded. No face data is written to disk, cloud, or any persistent storage. Nothing is stored beyond the real-time check-in/check-out process.

Attendance records (without face images) are retained according to company policies and applicable labor laws.

For children under 13, we do not retain personal information longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
